VOLUNTEERING AT CHESTERWOOD

Chesterwood always benefits from the support and assistance of volunteers! We have day-to-day volunteer opportunities during our season from May until October for which we request at least 3 hours a week. We provide training and special volunteer perks!

• Be an ambassador: greet visitors and provide a brief orientation

• Assist at the Admissions Desk and Gift Shop and help recruit new members

• Lead special tours of our annual contemporary art exhibition as well as other special exhibitions

• Support administrative projects to increase membership and audience development

• Write an article for our newsletter

• Support our tour guides by sourcing educational materials and updating guidebooks

• Support buildings and grounds projects

• Assist with Chesterwood’s organizational archives development and care
