The National Gallery of Art’s Designing the Lincoln Memorial exhibition was ranked 3rd overall in daily exhibition attendance in 2010. From February 2009 to April 2010, 9,290 visitors a day admired Daniel Chester French’s six-foot plaster model of Abraham Lincoln for the Lincoln Memorial while it was on loan from Chesterwood to the National Gallery of Art [...]
